I bought a bag from these idiots. It was scratched up. I called them and they said that is the way it was after I did something to it. They called me a liar basically. They would not even take it back and give me a refund. This is a crappy company with no respect for thier customers.

I cannot think that I trusted your site. You might have been in business since 1997 but your site looks like it has never been updated. Your a bunch of scammers. You steal to fund your home. I did a records search, you need to stop taking out mortgages on your home to fund your crappy company. Your a liar and nobody should ever trust you. Shame on me, shame on you. This is not a customer writing this ripoff report. We hand inspect all of our leather goods before shipping. If a customer should receive a damaged item we would immediately send them a prepaid return label for the damaged piece. Three days after this ripoff report was filed we received an email from a search engine marketing company who for a fee would help discredit the report. We believe it was either this marketing company or a competitor who wrote the negative report. You can check companies such as bizrate to see that we have excellent rankings for taking care of our customer.
