Do yourself a huge favor if reading this....research Lee Honish. If I had done a little backgroud and due deligince, I could have saved myself $997. I purchase his Monster Marketing program November 16, 2016. I've been a full time real estate entrepreneur since 1996 and purchased 10's of thousands in real estate materials, seminars and bootcamps from a vairiety of educators. This guy is the biggest scammer I have heard of...and now personally experienced and fallen prey to.

I should have had the foresight to see there might be a problem when his office deducted the $997 payment TWICE from my my account, via Paypal. They did credit my Paypal account but there was still trouble getting the payment through. So I called his office and Lee, himself, picked up the phone and just took my credit card infomation over the phone. It'll be a cold day in hell where he picks up the phone again when he sees its my number, I'm sure.

I signed up and followed everything as directed...data providers, phone service recommendations, etc. I ran the stickers around to mailboxes from the list I developed and Diana helped me put together. I I placed over 200 stickers and NOTHING! I mean not a call at all. So I began checking out each step of the process to see where there might be a deficiency or where the problem was. I found the issue with the call center Lee had suggested we use. As I 'tested' them with my wife calling in and playing the role of 'seller', the call center was recording inaccurate information and was actually not following the script at all that Lee Honish had suggested we use.

So I called Lee and told him about the fact that the call center he recommended was actually horrible! I wanted to see if he had another call center he could recommend. Lee gets defensive and tells me to 'quit bad-mouthing' his call center. He obviously didn't care to hear the truth of how things were working in the real world. He asked me what I wanted (beligerantly, of course) and if i just wanted my money back. I said of course a refund would be acceptable. He said to go to paypal and just "Push a Button"....So I go to Paypal and see nowhere to 'push a button' for a refund. I realize now, he was just trying to get me off the phone. And subsequent calls were rudely dismissed that the refund was still being 'processed'....this was 60-90 days after he said he would refund my money!!

Really, how long does this 'processing' take? Text messages go with a repsonse. Voice messages go without a response. His method is simple.....string a person along until they give up and realize they've been ripped off and they're not going to see a refund from Honish. I wonder how many people have tried his Monster Marketing program and either gave up or, after attempting to get a refund, eventually gave up at that point.

This guy has the most deceptive business practice imaginable. And his MO, I believe and have experienced, is to lash out when challenged.

Yes, he may contend that he has a written set of procedures to follow if requesting a refund. But he did not give me that option to follow those procedures....his response was immediate, brash and crude after that conversation over the call center issue.....he OFFERED to refund my money....there was no question about 'whether i followed the procedures for a refund' or not....The point is that he OFFERED that refund and has since strung me along. It has now been over 5 months!! I guess the 'processing' is talking a little longer than expected, right?!
