If you're thinking about using the services of Lee Honish...do yourself a BIG BIG favor and read below.

I signed up with Lee Honish in good faith and paid my $997.00 to use the Monster Marketing system...who wouldn't...it sounded so good.  I used his reccomended data providers, telephone answering/appointment setters...everything!  I followed his blueprint to a "T". NO deviations whatsoever....and it was a collossal failure!I spoke with Diana Ortiz several times trying to figure out why my returns were nowhere near what was promised.  I even ended up speaking to Lee directly.  He asked if I wanted a refund or wanted the system to work?  I told Lee that "Obviously", I preferred to have the system work.

Lee told me he would run a test program in my area personally to see what sort of response he got, and that he would get back to me the following Monday...I never did hear from him!

Below is a copy of the letter I ended up sending to Lee with the transcribed text messages between Lee and myself.  At present I am filing a small claims lawsuit against him because he never did perform and his intent was clearly designed to simply string me out and hold my $997.00 hostage! 

Lee,

On February 4, 2015 I spoke with you regarding the dismal lack of response on the Monster Program, Ie., out of well over 300 of these “air-bills” placed, I received some 14 call back responses.  The information given when you market the program was that for every 36 placed, I should receive at least 6-8 responses, and of those at least half generally agree to meet in person.  (in fact I was told the response rate should be much better, but that those are the numbers allowed to be stated.)  Obviously what I encountered was nowhere near those numbers and not even one homeowner actually met with me.

I used YOUR recommended data source.  I used YOUR recommended call center.  I carried the program out EXACTLY as instructed.  I communicated several times with Diana to try and figure out what the problem was. 

On February 4th, I spoke directly with you.  You asked if I would like a refund or if I was more interested in having the program work.  I chose the latter for obvious reasons.  You said you would get back to me in a couple days (by the following Monday), that you were going to put out some of these air-bills in the area I was in, and see if your response rate was any better, and that you would get back to me Monday the 9th

I received no response on the 9th.  On the 10th, 11th and 13th I left multiple messages for you…still with NO response.

On Monday the 16th, I text you and said that I had been waiting for a week with NO response from you and that now I decided I wanted a refund. 

You text me back same day and said you would initiate the refund. 

On Wednesday the 18th, I text you to find out when I should receive the refund…You stated it would take 3-5 days.

On Monday the 23rd, I text you again to notify that I had now been 8 days with NO refund.  You said you were busy but you would check on it but that I should have it by the 25th or 26th, that you were sorry but that you would expedite it.  On the 26th, when I had not received the refund, I sent you a total of four text messages letting you know this and inquiring for more information…you never even responded!

On the 27th, I sent you two more text messages before you finally responded.  You then told me you were waiting on a response from PayPal, that it’s PayPal’s policy not to effect a refund for 30 days, that you were “going out of your way” to expedite this for me…and that I was harassing you.

I spoke to PayPal as I also have a PayPal account.  PayPal has NO such policy.

I replied that I was not harassing you…merely following up with you when things did not materialize in the time frames YOU set.   I also advised you that I spoke with PayPal and they have NO such policy as you stated.

You told me AGAIN that you expedited my refund.

You then attempted to chastise me and tell me that you thought I was trying to get your system and also get a refund

That’s PURE NONSENSE!  It seems you lash out when you don’t perform and somebody wants to hold you accountable to the many deceptions you put out.

You then AGAIN told me you would work on my “expedited” case.

On Thursday, March 5th, I text you again to say it had now been almost three weeks, and STILL I had received NO refund.  I had to send you FOUR text throughout the day before you FINALLY took it upon yourself to respond.

You then told me that I would have it in my account by noon on March 6th.

On the 6th at 11:30 I sent you a friendly reminder and asked you to let me know when the transfer was made…You said you would.

I text you yet again later that afternoon to let you know I still had not received anything.

You said the refund had been issued and the money withdrawn from your account and that you had confirmation of this.

On Monday March 9th, I still had NOT received any refund.  I sent you a very irritated text telling you to get it fixed and that I would accept NO more of YOUR LIES!

TODAY is now March 16th….guess what…I still have received NO REFUND. 

It is apparent even to a blind man at this point that you have done nothing but lie in a vain attempt to string me out.  If I do not receive the money in my account by this FRIDAY at noon…I will be filing a Small Claims lawsuit against you and you will pay my cost of court as well. 

My advice is that you get this handled ASAP because you are going to look like a complete fool if I have to drag you into court.

I am sorry that you went to the trouble of creating a rip off report that literally can never come down.

MOST would see this as a something damaging...

I do not, you are the FIRST "issue" with the MONSTER Marketing System in 5 years.



There have been 15 returns out of 600 users of the product, and they ALL revolve around not being able to convert from face to face into a listing.

 

It is obvious your lack of frustration and it probably is my responsibility that YOU were not coached accurately to convert our GUARANTEED face to face system into a listing (even though we do not guarantee a listing)



2 points:

1. you are incorrect about paypal refund guidelines, if for ANY reason you are unhappy PayPal will refund regardless of the reason in the first 30 days.

2. Our refund policy is very clear about getting you face to face (and it is below)

Refund Policy

1. Purchaser understands that the MONSTER system is a proprietary, information based educational system that contains the industry trade secrets and intellectual property of LEE HONISH. LEE HONISH (Lee Honish LLC.) guarantees face to face meetings** with homeowners and offers a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE contingent upon the following:

1.1 Purchaser shall participate in at least one instructional coaching session with a certified MONSTER coach.

1.2 Purchaser shall use a third party data source (recommended by Lee Honish LLC or one of their own choice).

1.3 Purchaser shall obtain the services of a call center for facilitating MONSTER calls. Information about call centers shall be provided by their coach during instructional coaching call and accessible via password protected Members Area .

1.4 Purchaser shall make good faith efforts to contact prospective clients by applying the MONSTER system.

2. In the event Purchaser has satisfied all the provisions in Refund Policy paragraph one and all its subsections for 30 days, and has still been unable to have a face to face meeting** with a homeowner, Purchaser shall take the following steps:

2.1 Notify their sales agent, Vladas Krivickas, in writing that Purchaser has not been able to secure face to face meetings** with homeowners.

2.2 Allow Vladas Krivickas or one of Lee Honish, LLC, coaches access to Purchasers call center information.

2.3 Allow the LEE HONISH company to make good faith efforts AT THE COMPANY’S EXPENSE to obtain face to face meetings** for Purchaser by applying the MONSTER system for a period of 14 days.

3. In the event that all aforementioned provisions have been satisfied, and Purchaser still has not had a face to face meeting** with a homeowner, LEE HONISH shall refund Purchaser the full purchase price of the MONSTER system.

** A face to face meeting shall be defined as a direct, in person meeting with a homeowner contacted via the MONSTER’S proprietary marketing system.

 

Lastly, I am not here to get into a tit for tat about your refund, that you are entitled to. I will grant that refund the minute you remove this exaggerated and unfair claim

 

You jumped from I want a refund to Rip off Report...

 

I now have 2 reports filed: YOU and a person I turned over to the FBI for fraud.

 

I have trained 1,000,000 online and 50,000 in person with 2 products and you are litterally the first?

 

It is obviously a frustration with connecting with Buyers and Sellers, I will pray for you and the minute you get this removed I will refund your money in full.
