Legacy Properties Llc Monica Hulzing Property manager unprofessional, disrespectful Tarpon springs Florida
I am currently a tenant with this reality company. And I have to say the unprofessional communication from this companies property manager is horrid. I have never been treated with such a lack of respect. I understand that times are tough due to the situation but it is very pathetic and unbelievably heinous that you would call a tenant a psycho and not be able to communicate properly with me. I have not had everything fixed in my residence that was needing to be fixed. And have had to call code enforcement due to the lack of professionalism.
I have been lied to yelled at said I was raising their anxiety level, etc. Well if you lived where I live you would be trying to keep your home running in proper fashion. And with having two small children living in this place where the air conditioner wasn't and still is obviously not running properly, A stove with out a working thermometer that was replaced with another stove with a broken thermometer,
no weather stripping around the windows, a screen door you are able to break into, an outside light that throws sparks from the switch and doesn't turn on every time, and an outlet that throws sparks, and a sink faucet that is not calked down, and a fan that does not work properly, etc. You would be pretty perturbed also. So I would not recommended this reality company not because of the broker, but because of the poor excuse of a property manager they have representing their company.
