Legal Department of Crime Prevention Threatened jail time Burlington, Kentucky
A lady called and said she was from the Legal Department of Crime Prevention. I looked it up and it does'nt even exist. She claimed I took a cash advance and didn't pay it back. She threatened me with jail time and said a supeena would be arriving at "my place of employment" and I would spend up to twenty days in jail. I asked what company she was with, she wouldn't say she just continued to threaten me with jail time. She claimed I had a checking account that I don't have and when I asked her for more information she transferred me to someone else. I asked him the same questions and he hung up on me.
