So, these guys are a bunch of convicted mortgage fraud felons that are using their friends name to be able to do business. Raj is the man on paper with a clean record however the real masterminds are Jerrett Pugh and Michael Shields. These morons got caught by the FBI and prosecuted on 80 counts of mortgage fraud and plead guilty. The ethics of the company are non-existent. Also they offer a 100% money back guarantee if no results are shown however it doesnt specify what kind of results. Meaning that if you give them your money and they provide with a benefit of 10$ in monthly savings they will still keep the $5600 it cost you to do the loan mod.
Basically, just be careful, these guys are convicted crooks and are using other people to take advantage of our economic state to continue making money of desperate people. If you do read this dont take my word for it and just google the names, Jerrett Pugh and Michael Shields and then call LLA and ask them if they work there and what there titles are. They will tell you they do and they are co-partners in the company.
The bottom line is even if they do eventually have a success story that is true, you have to ask yourself a questions why would you do business with them and not another company that is more honest, ethical and most of all has not convicted felons of the FBI?

These guys, even though their past is questionable are opporating with integrity. Although I may not like them very much, they are still a quality source for loan modifications and apperently doing things ligitametly now. I would advise people to check them out and if decided that you want to do business with them, please feel free. What you read prior to this is my own bias, personal opinion and you shouldnt judge their ethical behavior until you speak with them yourself.
