Legend game of heroes Offering a service in the game but doesn't work all the time. Internet
During play the game offers an ap where your suppose to watch ad and be able to continue. What has happened to me in the past the d won't run screen goes blank no I then either have to get out or wait for app to pop back up but now I'm no longer able to continue or play until I refresh the app which then cause lost of items. Now here's the problem I've spent a lot of money and lost items I've paid specifically for and gotten back on some avocations but not nearly what I've lost. Or could have contributed. Very fustrating when thy can't provide a service that is offered in game. At this point I just want a refund of money and be done with them since they are providing a service that works 60-70 percent of the time and nothing in return when you lose things or items purchased. Shouldn't have it or offer if your not going to fix it. I have pictured and video along with another teammate having same problem. Waited for a response the response I got we are investigating. All I want now is to be done with them unhappy and I know if I offered something that works a percentage of the time but said it works I would expect it to work
