Lem B. Stevens False Test Data Collected Kickbacks to Make Money off Clients Brentwood Tennessee
Lem Stevens seems to have the right education and background and he uses his blue blood charm to pull you in as a client. He seems real and simply baits you into committing to a long term air quality testing contract. We can verify that Lem Stevens knowly took kickback payments from testing labs and simply ordered unnecessary tests and created false data to justify over charging clients by $1000's of dollars. Th state regulators should investigate his regular misuse of client information and abuse of over charging clients.

I just became aware of this report from Marcus J, accusing me of ordering unnecessary tests and taking kick backs in July of 2009. At that time, I worked for Environmental Resources Management.
I do not know Marcus J and have never taken a kick back of any kind. Since I don't know him, I am surprised to be the subject of his accusation. The address that Marcus J uses for me is actually the address for another consulting firm called Conestoga Rover. I wonder if Marcus J has me confused with someone from Conestoga Rover?
Marcus J says that he can verify his claim. I call on him to do so, because I know his claim is false. If he does not, then I claim his silence as admission that his report is false. Maybe if he checks his data, he will be able to remove my name from his false accusation and aim it at someone who deserves the bad press.
I am troubled that Rip Off Report allows Marcus J to make this accusation without using his full name and contact information. Let him be a man and use his whole name with full contact information. Furthermore, there is none of the verification Marcus J promises in the body of the complaint. There should be evidence before a complaint is allowed. Otherwise, Rip Off Report is no more than a vehicle for gossip and a way for attorneys to find angry clients.
I have used my full name in this rebuttal because I have nothing to hide. My contact info is (((Redacted))) . I have recently started my own consulting firm and find Marcus J's report damaging to my efforts to build my firm. Let him tell the truth and correct his erroneous claim!
