I sent in my yoga Pro 2 to be repaired due a faulty screen/touchscreen. After holding my computer for almost 4 weeks ,I was informed that the part is not in stock and it will be available in about THREE MONTHS!. I contacted Lenovo about a resolution and was informed that it is too bad. After fighting they agreed to give me a refund for what i paid for the machine. This is not a valid solution. i got the machine on sale cannot replace it for the amount offered. This isnt a warranty. A warranty clearly indicated in the terms that I would receive back a working machine . Having to wait three months or getting a check and now having to go spend more to get a computer isnt a fair and valid resolution that the warranty should provide.
