Ok From all of these Reports, We know know that 3 Companies all work for each other. GF, Lenox and FR. Not oneof our reports are different. We were all coned into getting this $2500.00 credit card Visa or Master Card. Paid for the SO CALLED PACKAGE and never recieved anything.
Everytime I call I ask for a supervisor they tell me no one is available. Well On November 29th they took a check from me for $221.95. I was so happy to get the card since I was not working and I have a 2 year old and I was pregnant I was going to have a GREAT christmas. Well that never happened.When I called them they kept telling me it would be there any day. I figured maybe they had the address wrong. Well they must have sent me out like 4 different packages. NONE OF THEM CAME.
I got really mad I went to my Bank and told them about it that I was RIPPED OFF by a fraud company and they told me there was nothing they could do I authorized the draft. Well I contiuned to call them and the day after I had my son I called them again they told me I should recieve it in a few days now this makes 5 packages being sent to me. NOTHING. So I called them told them I wanted my money back they said they would send me a refund form. Well I GOT THAT LIKE IN 5 DAYS. I filled it out 2/13/03 sent it CERTIFIED MAIL and It is noe February 25th and I still dont have anything.
i just want my money back. i am not working and I almost lost EVERYTHING (my house, car and other personal things)becasue I believed that they were sending me a credit card ad I was going to rebuid my credit. With all of these reports on the same companies over and over again isn't there anything anyone can do.
I think we should all be able to get our money back and then some. for the heartache and stress. I do hope a Attorney does come to this site and find all these reports throught the country that this company has scaned so many people. Just remember guys if they ask for ANY money up front for a credit card dont do it. For all we know we might be contributing to a terrorist. My local police told me that that is how they sometimes work. Its scary but that is what we live in people just taking money from innocent people. I hope no one every has to go through this again. i think we all learned our lesson. Also I hope we can all get something good out of this.

HI back in November I was offered the same credit card as you. I filed a report with the police and I also talked to a lawyer. Try this email address I think this is the one that I emailed and I got a response in just 2 days. I told them what had happened and if I didnt get my money back I was sueing them. i recieved my check 2 weeks later for the full amount. So give this email a try. I hope that all of you get your money back. Remember be tough!!! [email protected] This was the mail address that the guy responded to. Please let me know how it worked for you. I also have a letter that I sent to them.
