Lenoxx Electronics Corp. No way to contact about defective product Edison New Jersey
Bought a Portable DVD Player in Nov,2007. It has a 12 month warranty with me paying 32.00 labor fee, insuring package, and postage. It was sent to them and has now been returned to me as undeliverable.
The website comes up but the phone number is no good and the address is no good. Bought this from Wal-Mart and they say it has to be sent to the company and not brought back to them.
Hoping to get my m.o. refunded but know I will be out the 14.00 for the postage and insurance.

Satisfaction from Wal-Mart for refund of dvd player

I called the 1-800-Wal-Mart number and was told to call the Wal-Mart I had bought the dvd player from and ask to speak to a store manager. I did this and explained my problem. I was told to bring it in and would be given a gift card. I did so and with a bit of determined talking was able to recieve a gift card. They really didn't want to but after I let them know that they had continued to sell these dvd players even after they knew the Lenoxx Electronics Corp. had gone out of business and that it was only fair that they refund for those that were still under warranty, they gave me the refund. I did have all the original packing, manual, cable hook-ups, battery, charger, and remote so that helped.

After calling 1-800-Wal-Mart and speaking to the store manager, I was given a gift card for the amount of the dvd player because it was still under the 12 month warranty. I did have all the original packing, manual, remote, battery, chargers, and cable hook-ups along with original reciept and box.
