Leonard Sachin Cellphone internet sale scam Manchester Lancashire United Kingdom
I purchased a cellphone from internet. I made the payment via Western Union. After the seller confirmed the payment, he told me he ran out of stock from his store in UK. However, he was able to source the stock from Nigeria. So the order was delivered from a store in Nigeria. However, when the seller sent me the tracking details, I noted that the store sent out 5 units to me instead of 1. He said that the store can only send out 5 units at once, and can not process the order of 1 unit. He said I should pay for additional 3 units and get one unit for free!!!!!
Obviously I said no, I told him I was not in the cellphone business, and I have no use for the extra phones. Besides, I am not going to send money to someone I never dealt with in Nigeria. I told him, either to refund the money to me (because the delivery was on hold) or I can return the extra units back to the store when they arrived. The seller said no.
The seller keep insisting that the refund is not possible and I should make at least additional 300 USD to someone in Nigeria before they would release the delivery. I can then receive the delivery and retun the extras units. Then they would return the 300 USD to me.
To date the matter is still not resolved. They still insisting no refund is possible even though I received nothing, and they did nothing wrong. So unless I pay additional money, I will receive nothing.

I purchased the HTC Touch Pro from Leonard Sachin for $280, which included the phone and shipping costs for overnight shipping. This was about a week ago. Ever since than he has promised me my package the next day, only to find another email saying that i need to send him more money to get it out of "customs cos". I said okay and i paid the extra $120...he said okay it will be shipped out and be here tomorrow. Guess wut? only to find that he "made it mistake" and it was $320 not $120, so if i send that money ill get my package. Each time he PROMISED me my package the next day, but instead of being greeted with the fed shipping number i would recieve ANOTHER email for MORE MONEY! This company (ubidright.com and radicalbuy.com) should NOT be trusted. I have read many articles that state the same problems in getting the products. They come up with the same excuses that their credit card machine is down or paypal won't fix their problem. And then they scam you into sending money via money transfer or western union. Guess wut? i did more digging and all of these companies that seem the scam people out of their money is based in Nigeria and by a Mr. Benson Alonso! Don't trust ANY of the names i just listed above! I have just been ripped off over $500 for a phone that i was quoted at $280 for. They are basically holding my package hostage until i pay what they demand to get it through the "shipping process". Is it just me or should the TOTAL shipping cost be included when you get your Grand Total? This is Bull! And it is still unresolved! DON'T TRUST THEM
