Leopoldo Guillen from Micro Magic PC stole my money Leopoldo Guillen from, I purchased a 2GB RAM and being charged for 2GB, but the product I received is oly 1GB RAM. I called Leopoldo Guillen from Micro Magic PC for a refund, but Leo always told me that his boss is not in El Monte, California

I purchased a 2GB RAM from Micro Magic PC and being charged for 2GB but the product I received is actually a 1GB RAM. I called Leopoldo Guillen from Micro Magic PC many times for a refund, but he always told me that his boss is not in office and he could not give me refund. But I can tell that he is the only person running the company and he just kept lying to me. he even told me that it is my computer's problem--only can see 1GB RAM. isn't this ridiculous?

because I leaved 10 miles away from his office (per the shipping address), I stopped by his office but found out that he is actually hiding himself in another office (there is no signer outside).

I have to ask his neighbors in order to find him. again, he told me the same story outside the building--his boss is not in, he cannot give me refund. this is so unbelievable. can somebody help me? he kepe telling someting about "low density or high density", and I cannot even uderstand. but I know RAM, how can a 2GB RAM shows up 1GB in my computer? scam scam scam......

After I checked on ripoff report site, I found out that there are many scam reports about Leopoldo Guillen from Micro Magic PC. if I knew it, I will never order RAM from this guy. I do not knwo where to get help, and he is so impolite, i have no idea how to deal with him. I asked some of his neighbors, but it is very strange, all neighbors do not want to talk about him, like they are scared of him for some reasons. I hope other victims can see this report and hopefully we can bring this scam guy to judge one day.
