Kudos to Hertzel for making the employee apologize for lying! And for taking care of everything! What a credit to his profession, and what a great manager! I hope that the employee learned a valuable business as well as personal lesson.

Ok- I'll give them another chance , but only because of their manager Hertzel. Finally- someone who still understands a managers job and customer care. This guy not only listened toour complaints/concerns , he also immediately apologized for the problems we encountered, got the repair done promptly and had the mechanic who lied apologize tomy daughter. WOW- a real manager who still promotes true customer service.... I thought that breed was a myth!!!While there may be still be a problem with their brake dept. if you have a problem, don't waste time, go straight to this manager.
