LCT LIED TO THE USIS AND PUT A BAD REPORT ON MY D.A.C.SO NOW I CANT FIND ANY WORK.OK THIS IS THE STORY I WAS A COMPANY DRIVER WITH 5 MONTHS OF OTR EXPERENCE WENT TO WORK FOR LCT/LESTER COGGINS TRUCKING DID THERE 3DAYS OF ORIENTATION AND WENT OUT TO WORK THEY SENT ME ON A LOAD GOING TO THE BRONX,NY THE ROUTE THEY SENT ME WAS ALL TOLL ROADS AND THEY DONT HAVE THE EZ-PASSES ON THE TRUCK SO I WAS PAYING FOR TOLLS & LUMPERS THINKING I WAS GETTING
IT BACK.AHAHAHA JOKE ON ME NEVER GOT IT BACK AND I PAYED OUT ABOUT $400.00 DOLLARS OUT OF MY POCKET A WEEK AND NO HOME TIME.I STAYED OUT FOR 1 MONTH DOING THIS SO I STARTED TO SAY SOMETHINGS AND LOOKING FOR WORK ELSE WERE.ONE OF THE COMPANY'S THAT I WAS LOOKING INTO,CALLED LCT SO THEY CALLED ME ON THE QUADCOMM TOLD ME TO PICK UP A LOAD GOING TO SELLERBURG,IN AND THAN I SAID TO THEM THAT IS BY MY HOUSE IN INDIANA 3HOURS AWAY AND I WAS GOING
TO CLEAN OUT THE TRUCK AND DO MY 10HOURS RESTART.THEY SAID NO WAY GET MY TRUCK TO SELLERBURG,IN AND THAN DO THAT BUT I DID IT MY WAY SO NO MONEY,,,,, AND NO JOB,,,,,AND NOW NO OTHER COMPANY WILL TOUCH ME BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY SAID IN MY D.A.C. REPORT SAYING LATE PICK-UPS/DELIVERY COMPANY POLICY VIOLATION

What I Understand It's Business As Usual The Florida State Attorney Needs To Start Holding Companies Accountable For Violating Employees Rights And Civil Rights
Gainey LCT Superservice All Of These Compies Should Be Held Liable For Multiple Ethics And Employee Abuse
One Day They Will Run Out Of The Stream Of Drivers To Abuse Not Only Drivers But Office Personal And Most Employee's As Well
When I Worked There They Fired One Driver For Filling Out A Job Application For Another Company While On Their Wi-FI If That Isn't A Violation What Is
That's Why They Have A High Turn Over Rate I Drove 100 Miles To Work For This Out weeks off 3 days if I Was Lucky
They Have Burned Many Of Bridges You Can't Sue This Company They Are A LLC
