We here at Shoreline Window Fashions, Inc. would love to speak to you about your troubles. Problem is you seem to want to be anonymous for some reason. As with DAVE from Vacaville, we do not deal with the public. We are wholesale to the trade. The company YOU picked to do your window covering products should be a licensed contractor. If they are not, you can report the company YOU went with to the Contractors state licensing board. Again, as I stated to DAVE from Vacaville, We are only the manufacturer and you should seek legal advice. We can not be held responsibly for the choices you the consumer make.

Mr. Margott's responce to this customer sounds about the same as his responce to my order as well. Both he and his brother Mike Margott have had little regard to customers thier company is directly involved with. They have been in business for years as retailers under many names and with many partners. Tony Margott has an anger management issue and has spent time behind bars for those issues, just another reason not to have anything to do with this company and these individuals.

I am writing in response to DAVE of Vacaville and his loss. The contract written was done so between "DAVE" and "CALIFORNIA BLINDS & SHUTTERS INC" and NOT with Shoreline Window Fashions, Inc. I spoke with DAVE several months ago and explained to him that the contract he entered into is with Mr. Sebay's company CALIFORNIA BLINDS & SHUTTERS, INC. and not with us. I told DAVE that Mr. Sebay had worked very briefly for our company and was released very shortly after he started for lack of performance. We perform background checks on all employees as per labor board standards and not beyond. As far as me telling anyone to "SHOVE IT" is false. I told DAVE we as a company can do nothing and he should seek legal advice of how to proceed and I was going to end our phone call. Shoreline Window Fashions, Inc. feels for DAVE'S loss, but is in no way responsible for the dealings of Mr. Sebay or his company. Tony Margott V.P. of Operations Shoreline Window Fashions, Inc.
