L'Etoil Lejolie Skin and Demure Skin They authorized and confirmed return request, then refused to give credit after rceiving the merchandise back Shipped from Las Angeles, Ca. California and Oregon
It was an ad on TV offering a free sample. When it arrived I was not home so called them when a bill of $184.61 hit my crdit card. (two different companies, Demure Skin, Or. and Lejoile Skin, LA. Called and received cinfirmination numbers (L2923931 and R2942988 for the return. Sent the unopened merchandise back Oct 28, They signed for it Oct. 31st and billed me anyway. I contacted Bank of America. They investigated and reported I did not return it or cancel on time.
So, now they have the merchandise and the money.
