Complaint Review: LET'S GET STONE'D - WARRINGTON Pennsylvania

This Company has not paid me for all it has put me through! This has been going on for almost 2 years of lies! Starting back on 7-2007 and finaly had to take them to court! When I called I got the run around and phony names more times than I can count! The names they used are not real! I found that out in court! I had to take them to court to get my money back! I now have a judgement against them that was awarded by the court for $4,424.50 and have not collected a dime yet 5-27-09! If you choose to do business with them, get the real names of the people you are dealing with! ask for a drivers licence of everybody you have contact with from this company! My experience is that I would get a different name and story every time I would call or come! I called from court house and { Adam } not sure a real name & I would guess its not because he would not give me his real name even as I CALLED FROM THE COURT HOUSE AND WAS WITNESSED BY EMPLOYEE OF THE COURT WHEN I FILED! It was not until we got in front of the Judge that {kurt} or { kirk} gave his real name! HE EVEN TOLD THE TRUTH THAT GRANITE WAS DEFECTIVE AND TOLD THE JUDGE HE WAS GUILTY AS CHARGED! THE COURT SENT HIM A COPY OF THE AMOUNT HE OWES ME AND I AM TRYING TO COLLECT IT! I HAVE BEEN BED RIDDEN AND I THINK THEY Thought I would die before I got to court! I must say they were very nice to me in the begining and made me lots of promises, that I fell for! My advise is that you vidio everything with them, every promise, every person, anything you pick out to buy, every minute of the time you are there! Get everything on recorded vidio so they can not change what they say because you have it recorded! Sad that it had to come to this, but it was their choice, not mine! This was a GIFT FROM MY 90+ YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER, That went wrong! These are just the Facts I encountered and don't want it to happen to anyone else! the judgement is public record, so you shoould have no problem varifying what I am telling you! I am a nice guy and wish them no harm or loss of business, just my judgement paid off! Well good luck to all and deal with large Honest corporations that value their name and reputation and customer service first, MAKE SURE they are in it for the long haul! I would love to report a happy ending to this, and will when I get paid! I WOULD NEVER LET THEM IN MY HOUSE EVER AGAIN!
