I was ripped off getting my $50 rebate from one of letstalk.com's offer on a Nokia 2260 phone with a 2yr contract with SunCom.

According to them I was late in submitting my rebate form by 10 days--hence no refund. On their website, they never mentioned anywhere that there was a 60 day time limit to submit rebate forms to letstalk.com. This time limit starts when letstalk.com invoices you.

After calling customer service I found out that this 60 day time limit is "clearly" mentioned in the rebate form FINE print (http://www.letstalk.com/promo/rebate/rebate_50_nov.pdf). After I explaied to them that I had to wait for the first phone bill to arrive since I started my phone service a month late, they simply brushed me off saying there was nothing they could do.

I feel that since my account with letstalk.com is in good standing, and also since this 60 day time limit was never mentioned anywhere on the purchase contract papers, I should recieve my rebate. Regardless of if it were $5 or $500 rebate, I believe that if all conditions are met (except for being late by 10 lousy days) one should get their mail in refund.

Is it possible to ever get my rebate money from letstalk.com?
