Lev Sarakov who goes by Larry at Larry's Fine Jewelry, Inc. is a lying con artist. He took 315 thousand dollars from me and sold me a diamond with a fake GIA. When I took the diamond to my own appraiser, they said that not only did the GIA not match the stone but there was proof of laser tampering to correct flaws by carbon to pass the diamond off for a more expensive version.
He has a sign in his store that honors a full refund if the stone is the be appraised as something it's not. When I went to show him the proof and asked for a refund because I had uncovered his scam, he said that he would not issue any sort of refund despite what his sign promised.
I had to call the police to resovle the matter. He has a brother who is his partner named Sal Serakov. His brother is a bold faced liar and went against the court order to give me my money back. These people are discpicable theives. Do not do business with them, you will regret it and it will cost you thousands in legal fees.
