I took my truck to smiths,for front end work, that work was done right, after getting it back, my oil filter was loose and lost all the oil, it happen i guess, took my care there on 2/09/2010, to get belts put on,got the car back, leaking oil again, the dip stick was broken, was it broke before it took it there no, i check my oil right before it when to smiths, odd, two times, and two oil leaks, hmmm called and when over to get it fixed and was very rude and gave me a price to fix it, not this time will never go back, have had service there for about 5 years, sent people there also, so watch out they fix it and do other stuff to your car so you have to go back, and make more money off of you,

I have worked in automotive for 20 years and every time someone says that the oil filter was loose after getting work done that is not anywhere near the oil filter, they are just trying to get money or free work. If you lost all of your oil then your motor would have locked up. If Smith's makes a mistake, they take care of it before your car leaves the lot. That is one of the great things about them. They are a first rate company and go above and beyond for the customer. This guy is just mad that he couldn't take advantage of them. This is the type of person that makes customer service difficult. Most garages get a bad reputation because of people like him. Do something good and they tell one person. If something bad happens or someone lies, then everyone under the sun hears about it.
