Lexicon Senior Healthcare Nick Venetis Insurance ponzi scheme  dallas, Texas

Went through two interviews and thought the company was very interesting. I liked what they had to say, and what they were offering. It was until the the second interview when Nick brought up that I had to pay to fly down to Dallas and pay for my hotel and all my meal except for lunch. On top of that, I had to pay 990 dollars to get set up. That is outrageous, no ligament insurance company would ask you to pay that. Stay far far away from them.

In reading NewAgent1's post regarding Lexicon Senior Healthcare (LSH) I can't help but laugh at the absolutely ridiculous nature of the post altogether.  The mere fact that someone who has been through 2 interviews deems themselves knowledgeable enough to comment on a company and throw out such outrageous claims is a clear indication that they (NewAgent1) have no real concept of launching a successful business venture, which is what LSH offers.  In this case, not only does the poster misuse words (i.e. "ligament"), not understand the trendy cliches being thrown around (i.e. "ponzi scheme") and completely miss the point but also can't even get the facts straight!

Simply put, LSH offers an opportunity for people currently in the insurance industry or those looking to get into the insurance industry to join a proven successful sales force and management team with systems designed to expedite that chance of success based on completely removing the need to prospect for leads.  The foundation of success at LSH comes from providing each agent preset appointments with verified potential clients on a daily basis.

The time in Dallas that the original poster is referring to is for the initial training phase of a career at LSH.  It is an investment in yourself when you decide to get into this industry and many insurance agents jump at the opportunity to further their career by learning proven systems of generating more sales.  If you can't see the value in that then you are likely not cut out for a career in which your success is based on your own performance.

With regard to the charge for getting set up with LSH, I have never heard of a 990 dollar charge.  That being said, there are charges for being set up which are subsequently repaid to the agent once they get going on staff.  These charges serve many purposes, not the least of which is a commitment by the prospective agent to themselves and the company to not take this opportunity lightly.  LSH desires its incoming salespeople to be committed to making every effort to begin a sustainable career in outside sales or else not waste their own time or the company's.

Bottom line, LSH has an incredible opportunity for the right person.  If you buy into what the original poster is fumbling around trying to say, you are probably not that "right" person for the job.  Come into this opportunity with your eyes wide open and expect hard work to succeed.  This is no, "get rich quick scheme" by any means, but a tremendous financial opportunity most definitely exists and there are many who are finding that out as we speak...
