Lexington Law Firm Ripoff CONTINUED BILLING AFTER SERVICE WAS CANCELLED Salt Lake City Utah
I cancelled my monthly service with this company after one month. I was NOT happy with the level of service I was paying for and customer service would give me vague and indirect answers to all of my questions. I cancelled the service on January 31st and was informed from their billing department that I would NOT be billed on February 2nd because I cancelled before then, which was when the next mothly bill would be due. On February 2nd $59 was deducted from my account. I called to inquire why this happened and was told that they bill a month behind, and this was explained in my cancellation email. Not true. That information was not in there.
$99 set up fee....$59 a month for what??? RIP-OFF!!!!

sweetie i have worked for lexington for 6 years now and it is in the retainer agreement and always have been, that you are billed for the previous month if you have trouble reading we can offer someone to read it to you!
