I contacted this company from seeing an ad in my gMail account. I thought they would be legit. Who knows, maybe they truly are. But here is my story. I called, immediately got on the line with someone who gave me their sales pitch. I work in sales on the phone too so I knew what questions were coming. What they say is very iffy.

Yes, they can do the things they say, but so can anyone else. They don't do anything special. Well the lady asked if I wanted to talk to a paralegal and I said yes. She signed me up for the most expensive plan they had, plus $99 set-up fee. I was aware of these charges, so I'm cool with that. She then asked me if I had my credit report in hand, or if they wanted to charge me for one.

I said no, I have one right here, hence the reason I'm calling. She still charged my account. I probably would have stayed and gave there service a shot, but Bank of America sent me a text immediately saying my card was used for a $9.99 charge. Yeah, its $10, but it's the fact I distinctly told her NOT to charge my card for that service.

Look, if you are going to use their service, you are hard headed. Numerous people have posted that they do not conduct ethical business. Legit, maybe. Ethical, hell no! So, do what you want, but I've left Kelsi 10 voicemails now and still have not received a call back, nor do I have my money back, even after I was assured by Aaron, the shift leader I would be refunded the money. If I'm going to this length to get $10 back, just imagine what hoops you'll have to jump thru to get all of your money back.
