Gave back a lease in 2013 I had credit checked in 2015 and it was perfect Went for a home loan in 2017 and all of a sudden there is a collection from Lexus Toyota financing for wear tear since 2013. Over $500. The car was perfect. We called them and we agreed to pay the extortion bill so they remove it from our credit score even though it was not my responsibility we wanted to finish this fast. Now they refuse. However we fought them red handed trying to cover up illegal reporting and collections practices now we are taking them to court and presenting all the proof to the media.
