The LG service technician made a house call. He stated that the door would be replaced and he place the order. Instead of a door he received parts to rebuild the door. The technician rebuilt the door and replace the control knobs. Within a couple month the knobs melted again, I call again an was told that the stove would be replaced, it's been approximately two to three months and we cannot get up with the Technician. This was not a good decisions to purchase LG appliances. I will keep you posted!

We did the same, upgrading our refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher with LG appliances. The ice maker in the refrigerator is junk. The dishwasher smells horrible and after less than a year stopped drying the dishes. We paid over $1000 for the dishwasher and we hand wash our dishes now. It just sits there just to match the other stainless appliances.
