Lia Kia they sold me a 2002 kia sportage in nov of 2006.i have had nothing but problems since i bought the car.now the motor is shot and tom tenfold is not willing to do anything about it have been treting very badly since i have owned this car Schecty New York
i purchase a 2002 kia sportage on nov 10 of 2006.i have had noything but problems since i have owned this vechile.back in dec the head went on the motor they sent it out for repair insted of replacing it.they had my car for seven wks the repair bill said that they only put 13 hrs of labor into. i got it back with the check engine light on back to the dealership i went it was a sensor i sat for three hours for them to tell me that i would have to bring my car back, they had to order the sensor.
i live over anhr away.8 weeks ago the timing belt broke now when they worked on the car in dec. they took the timing off,they did not replce it they put the old one back on (nor did they suggest that it should be changed there fore the motor is shot and i am stuck with a car that wont run .they said that i am responiable to get it fixed.the manger of the dealership told me that all the people that worked on my car in dec including all employees got fired due to cases like mine.
