Liberty Benefits Scam
Back in September of 2001 I recieved a yellow card in the mail that said I was approved for a credit card and a benefits package with a 3 days 4 nights vacation included. So I called the number and gave them the information that was asked of me, they said I was approved and that I would recieve my package in 4-6 weeks. I then called them back in November when nothing came, they told me they were having a few probblems with the vacation packages, so they were a little behind, so it would be about 90 days from the day the money was taken from my account (September 28 2001). Then in early January I called them back and they said that my package was sent out on December 12, 2001, that I should be recieving it soon. I called them again today Jan. 28, 2002, and I can not get through. There was a recorded message that said I was unable to make the call. I want my money back! I am a college student and I was going to use the card to purchase my suppllies and books that I need. I am now feed up with the waiting, and getting "@#$%^&" around. I can use the money to pay my rent.
