ontacted By bank(via mail) that I've had repeated attempts by these individuals, and now my account is overdraft to the tune of $200.00 With my personal information being obtaned (DID NOT AUTHORIZE) not did I request such services from these people internet or other wise..Apparently payday loans.....I'm unemployed!...cannot afford these charges....Being that they're loan service..nothing has ever been deposited, How inthe heck do they justified requesting monies they've never submiited?
