Liberty Investment Group In Orlando Fl BIG SCAM! Orlando Florida
To make a long story short. I was on the internet looking for personal loans with fair credit and few days later i got a phone call from a Micheal West.He told me that we were approved for a $ 40,000.00 loan with a fiX rate at 6 % for 4 yrs and no payment til August 1st All I had to do is make a Collateral payment of 5 months of $938.05 which was $ 4,690.00 plus the 93.00 to send it which he said we would get back, and we had to send it to Cindy Forest in Cananda. So we sent it and call him back with the number and we had told hin we needed it by lunch the next day because we had borrowed from my anut it and he said no problem.
The next moring we got a call for a Walter Mckinsey he said he was the ceo and that we need to gave a another $ 4,690.00 because of insurance problems he was a very fast talker. and now we wouldnt have no payment til 1-01-2009 my husband talk to him and blow up at him he told him i have a wife and two kids and now you want more money i need my money, but we did it anyway. we thought well we get the money tomorrow and pay everyone back we had nothing else my husband had beened laid off we thought this was a chance for us to have something..
So what do we do we send it and call him with the number he said you will get your loan no later than 5:00 p.m. that next day. The next moring i looked on my account and NO MONEY i called him and he said that the lender backed out and they were sueing them and we would be hearing for a their lawyer, he said im sorry.But for the mean time we got u a another lender that would give $ 80,000.00 and their company could put up $5,000.00 we put up the same because the money we sent before is with the other lender Cindy Forest. i told him we didnt need that much he said what you dont use to can send it back.
HAHA I said we dont have anymore money we gave it all to you he said cant you call your mom or a family member i told he no we just wanted our money back. He said that he couldnt get our money back til March10th that was the billing day. i fussed with til he would say please hold. I even asked for a letter saying we were getting our money back and he sent us one. Today is march 10th and no money i dont think i have ever seen my husband cry like he did today. IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT CALL HELP ME PLEASE EMAIL ME!!
PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! IS IT SOUNDS TO GOOD DONT DO IT, TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE BE FOR YOU DO ANYTHING!!
