Complaint Review: liberty mutual Ins. Company - Nationwide

These is a case worth in the millions. But when someone finds out how Liberty Mutual Ins. Companies operate  that's a different story. I could care less how much money they owe me. The fact is that they wouldn't dare to file a claim of slander. Because I have the proof. The other fact is that I have made Two different Judges resign altogether.  They actually departed on early retirement.  Mr. Know it all I suggest that you ask for the facts before commenting. What really matters is the principal in these complaint. And again the Ins. Company will pay one way or another is just a matter of time. And all of those responsible. And yes I have the backing of the American Legion and the VFW.

 Dude, get help. Youre nutz!! Im thinking your time in the military has caused YOU some brain damage. No one is out to assassinate you. Your mother dying has ZERO to do with a workers comp case. YOU are seeking to blame people for DEATH!! People die, we grieve, move on. Stop trying to find someone to blame for DEATH!!!! Death happens to us ALL!! It is the ONLY certain thing in our existence. That WE will live and WE will die. Its the NATURAL ORDER!!!! FYI: The COURTS determine the admisability of ANY document. The COURTS determined that the information presented was inadmisable. That is NOT the insurance companies fault. THAT was the CHOICE of the COURT!!!! A just because I know how you conspiracy nuts think....Nope don't know them, work for them or am even a customer. I AM however someone smart enough to SEE when someone needs help in their life. YOU need help. In order for a murder and conspiracy to happen MORE then 3 people need to be involved. The problem is that people cant help themselves. Something as BIG as a murder means that one of the 3 would have told SOMEONE. People CANT keep their mouths shut for the most part. So your murder/conspiracy is in YOUR HEAD!!! Im sorry you lost a parent. That always sucks. But face it Carlos......YOU ARE JUST NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH!!!!!! Unless your workmans comp claim was in the multimillions its NOTHING to a insurance company. YOU have latched onto a bad part in your life and YOU have looked for people to blame for it. That is NOT healthy!!! YOU need to move past the issue and accept that death happens and NOTHING we can do will EVER stop it. We can delay it, but in the end, Death ALWAYS wins. YOU have slandered and accused a business ONLINE!!! YOU have presented YOUR OPINIONS as FACT. YOU have done this on a media outlet. Which means that IF that insurance company wished, THEY could sue YOU for the slander and accusations and for presenting YOUR opinion as fact. YOUR first amendment rights do NOT protect you when you do this. Yes, in accordance with the First Amendment you DO have the right to SAY whatever you wish, but little things like LIES are NOT protected. And make no mistake, without ANY proof of wrong doing all you have posted is lies. Just because the COURTS rendered the documentation inadmissible doesn't mean that the insurance company WILLFULLY presented the documents in a way to cause them to be invalid. The COURTS chose to do that so its on the COURTS heads and NOT the insurance company. I fail to see how YOU could have missed that? Oh that's right, YOU are looking for ANYONE to blame. Given the tone of your post, one would think that YOU as a Veteran would be SMARTER then this.
