I was conned and overcharged. I tried reaching a Billing Manager for 4 years Each year at renewal time I was given a lower rate. However, they would secure automatic billing information and overcharge whatever amount they wanted to lie to change it too. Each month it would overdraft my account. So finally I put a limit om how much they could debit This angered them .
I spent months and years trying hard to get back some over the overpayments .. i was paying 3600 pet year fot an 05 and 14 year model cars i had no tickets or claims in 6 years This year I cancelled on them. I got new insurance un plsce before hand. However, they boguslly went in after I asked them to cancel on 7/24 continued to charge me inspite i am due a $898.00 refund. However, they dinged my credit and sent off to a collection agency and stated I would need to pay them 4500 cash to renew. I found this amazing. The Billing Department is stealing money and paddimg the bills. All the autopay customers accounts should be audited I am due a refund. I have been complaining for 6 months. No results. Worst insurance company ever
