This is gonna cost me over $1000.00 to fix. This accident took place at an intersection, I was taking a left hand turn. The person on the opposite side of the street heading South, but also taking a left, granted me the right of way and motioned for this. I proceded to go and a woman driving over the speed limit passed him illegally on the right and smashed into my right front tire. Now Liberty Mutual is saying that the ball joints, and the sway bar links that need replacement only on the right side were not caused by the woman smashing into the car. Also that even though there are not two lanes on this street it is legal to pass on the right. However anyone that knows MA law knows that is not true, why else do they have a white line on the right, and broken yellow lines in the middle of the street? well according to Liberty Mutual it is just for show!!!!!!!! I did also have a previos accident where a man had swerved into my car with his foot while on a motorcycle. They paid him $9000.00 and told me that's because motorcycles don't have personal injury. So what that means is people can smash into you and even if this is not your fault you have too pay.
