Liberty National ripoff, misled into thinking that there was no credit check, no longer a web sight Largo Maryland
On February 5. 2004 I purchased a phone from liberty wireless. The deal stated that it was a free phone which included NO CREDIT CHECK, FREE NIGHT AND WEEKEND MINUTES, FREE LONG DISTANCE, 200 ANYTIME MINUTES, CALLER I.D.,AND VOICE MAIL, ETC.
This company told me that if I wanted to check the status of my order to go to whereismyorder.com. Which I decided to do on February 6 2004. Upon logging on to this web site I stumbled across a rip off report for the same company in which I had just purchased off the internet.(I also called and placed my order over the phone to be more secure.
After seeing the rip off report on the web site I tried calling the phone number I called when placing the order, and could speak to no representative. I'm in the process now of trying to stop payment.The phone number is 1-866-816-5873 (liberty Wireless)
