Lifesmart Products Would not honor manufacturers 12 month warranty.  They said they had no process to accept  or repair the room air conditioner. This was a portable room airconditioner that was only 3 weeks old.  The retailer (Tiger Direct) advised that I should contact the Manufacturer  "Lifesmart products" for warranty work.  When I contacted Lifesmart for directions for Warranty work , they said take it back to the Retailer.

Because you had the AC only three weeks, it was recommended that you reach out to the retailer. However, if they are unable to help you we most certainly will!
