Lifestyle Vending Please don't let this happen to you. This company is a scam and will take all your money and PRIDE ripoff Deer Park, New York New York
I am going to start my own crusade against this criminal activity of scamming money out of hard working Americans that put their trust into Michael Eisenberg and his wonderful staff. In February of 2006 I talked to a Maryann on the phone and all I heard was how great these machines are and what a bargain I was getting for $8000.00.
I am unemployed and explained to them that I was hard on money and I needed to get started on this project right away. She wouldnn't do anything until I gave them my Discover card. I am so mad at myself for doing this but hopefully it won't happen to anyone else. First of all my machines were delivered late and the boxes were beat up and damaged (why did I sign for these?) I was just so excited to get this going. They gave me the name of a locater (which I can't name) and got ripped off there also.
When it was all said and done it took over 2 month's to get these 30 machines placed. I now have 12 in my garage that are broken already and I have emailed them over 30 times to send me the parts. They refuse to until I send them the broken parts.
This is such a joke. Wouldn't you think that they would have my machines on file and know exactly what to send me. Remember this is a lifetime gaurantee on these crappy pieces of garbage that you can buy at another big warehouse for $130. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and that got nowhere.
So here is a little secret in as much as I can't say names of people to help us. There is another posting on this Rip-Off from someone else like me who has attached a link that anyone can look at and it is (http://www.ftc.gov-os-caselist-lifestylevending.pdf) Please look this up and feel free to contact the people on the bottom of the list and let's start a class action suit against this piece of garbage website (notice on the website all of the happy people that have supposedly bought into this scam and the happy customer service rep with a big smile on her face ready to take your order.
Please research this so you don't end up like me with nothing, but this website will tell you more and hopefully we can all meet up and get our money back and put this Eisenberg Joker out of business. Just one more piece of info and it's not that hard, check out what Eisenberg did in about the year of 1992. All I can say is one word CRIMINAL.
