i have a fatmax spot light that the led went out! ok the spot light cost $50.00 the led plate is $10 dollars!

I repair electronics all the time led has to be solder in. I found the led plate on a site called “LIGHT IN THE BOX” order it on 4-4-17 shipping was to be 11 to 16 days on 4-20-17 check the tacking number ( 18234883 ) just see and found out is was coming from Beijing China no problem I order products from China all the time so I know it takes anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks but the tracking Number never showed the item being shipped! just that they had received my order and That it was in the works! So I e-mailed light in the box  their response was it takes 38 to 40 days which was unacceptable I asked them to cancel the order! They refused told me to wait.

on the 27th I check the tracking number again Buy this time it should have been in the U. S. found out nothing had changed! Luckily I use PayPal so I filed a dispute. on ( 5-1-17 ) I got an email from PayPal stating that the item was delivered to my house I asked them what evidence do they have because it was never delivered!! PayPal told me the item was delivered on 4-7-17 “that is two days after the supposedly shipping date” PayPal told me that the seller provided Proof of this which they would not give me.

So I asked them in what universe Can a package come from Beijing China to the US in two days after being transferred several time through pay pal finally I got to talk to someone coherent enough to realize there is no way my item was delivered to me in 2 days and that they were supply with fraudulent documentation from light in the box I was refunded my measly $8 dollars but it is the principal that this company is blatantly defrauding the US and I had to spend two hours on the phone to get PayPal to realize are to at least comprehend that light in the box not only scam me but scam them by providing fraudulent information on my order. So use light in the box at your own risk and if you use PayPal do not listen to the first level ask first supervisor it was not until level 3 That my issue is resolved. There's a card
