I ordered via regular shipping- an HDMI cable  two-way splitter. I ordered the part and paid with a major credit card. I also use Norton Safe-Search internet search engine, and it branded this company as safe and reliable. -They are NOT reliable!  It has been 47 days and still-no package. The company offers no contact via telephone nor any mailing address. I finally received a message from them telling me the package was shipped / sent on Feb.7, and that my order has officially been designated as CLOSED. I sent them another serious inquiry, telling them i was outraged, disappointed and wanted a refund, but know i will never see one after finding over 42 complaint reports on Ripoff Report com. At least i did not spend alot of money on this order, however it still bugs me, because i used a major credit card to purchase, and i am concerned they have that information!
