This company did an infomercial in the Dallas, TX area. My father, a recent stroke victim, was taken in by the infomercial and ordered the kit with the light and the bubble pillow. He did not feel the light did anything for him and the pillow did not help him with anything.

A month later a bottle of Joint Relief pills arrived in the mail box with an invoice. My father had died of a second stroke that day.

I telephoned the company asking about the pills and the invoice. The company stated that they had sent a "sample" bottle of pills with the light and that the pills are supposed to work well "with" the light. They stated if my father had not expressly canceled the pills - that the assumption would be that he liked the pills and a new bottle would be shipped every month thereafter and his credit card invoiced. They stated if I sent the bottle of pills back with tracking confirmation that his credit card would be refunded. It would likely cost more to ship back than the refund would be.

This is a completely reverse contract scam to dupe senior citizens out of their money when they are not capable of reading and canceling within 30 days.

The company REFUSED to tell me who the principal owner/operators are or the name of any prinipal company owner. I stated I only wished to advocate for seniors. They said it was none of my business.

This is a company operating with bad business practices. Avoid ANY dealings with this merchant at all costs.

Sincerely,

Aleatha

on behalf of my deceased father and WWII veteran

and my ill mother

duped out of money for worthless trash from an infomercial
