Linda lirette AKA Linda lirette HOME TOWN MTG is not to be trusted at all. I wanted a loan, and got tax advise. It was a very strange experance, with Linda Lirette and Chris LeClair. They met me at a restraunt in Everett Washington. I had found a home that I want to buy and found them on the internet before I flew into Seattle Washington. Linda a heavy set lady, well dressed, along with Chris which I thought his suite look a little tight. I had already faxed them my offer on the home, and felt that I would be able to close fast, according to the phone calls I had with Linda Prior to flying out to Seattle.
Chris sat without saying much and Linda did all the talking, she had the paperwork that I had faxed and signed. I gave them my personal information and signed the loan papers for her to run my credit and get the loan so that I could buy the home. I had given her lots of information Including my personal Tax Returns for several years.
When we sat down after introductions Chris sat net to Linda and looked over his dark rimmed eye glasses. Linda spoke and said that she had sumitted everything to the bank. I ask which bank and she said several. She wanted to talk about my personal Tax Returns and that I was paying way too much in tax's. I explained I had a good income and maybe this home and my home in Florida would help. She agreed, however she wanted to point out that she thought I should Incorperate to a LLC which could benifit me. I told her that I had attorneys to handle that and I just needed the loan. She went on to tell me about how she had been very successful in moving money into an LLC and that it could sheltor my income. She started to tell me how Chris and herself could set up a Washington LLC for a very reasonable cost. She said that it would help get the loan at a lower rate. I felt like somthing was wrong, and started to listen more to her. She brought out the paperwork to form a LLC in the State of Washington, and ask what name would I like on it. I expressed my concern and that I was not ready to do that just yet. Maybe after I rested we could talk, thinking I need to get away from these two.
My problem was she had all my personal information and SS # Bank Accounts and more, I thought calmly that I need it all back. How was I to do this, tried and wanting to get away I expressed my need for rest. They reluctanly allowed me to leave and I agreed to call her in the mourning and set up the next meeting. I suggested her office wanting to see where this woman worked. On the way out of the place I ask what other things do they do, she said that they work with people to reduce Tax Debt, ID protection, Asset Protection, and knew a great deal about the legal system and help people win cases. I just wanted to run at that point.
After checking into a cheap hotel in Everett Washington, I had my laptop computer and I looked this woman up in more detail. The first time I just looked for Loans , This time I typed in her name, and what I found made my blood run cold. I had given all my information to a cheat, a person with lots of issues on the web. Complaints, legal battles, and oddly a record in the Tax Courts and Small claims court in Seattle. I counted over 7 legal battles she had and more. I then thought I would see if Linda Lirette and Chris LeClair were actually Loan officers. I typed the names in the State system for loan officers and there name did not come up. They had no licence to practice loans.
Sick I called my attorney but it was too late at night. I tried to think of ways to get my deposite back and how to get my paperwork back. I wanted to buy this home but felt that I needed to call my credit card companies

I object to the revengeful unfounded libelous statements put on RipOffReport.com by Jack Halleman of FSTN.com or SAFETAXHELP.com and his numerous pseudonyms because I won a JUDGMENT against his company because Halleman/Adams/Pederson lied in court with slanderous accusations about me and my husband. That is why we won and his counterclaim was dismissed. All he has available to him is libelous lies! I have been a mortgage loan officer for over 20 years with no complaints on me except for the liable comments put on by Jack Halleman of FSTN.com or Tax help.com under the pseudonym of Michel of Penn. I mean read what is written Halleman states I hurt him and his friend! Of Mark the Man from FL. All applications are done on line not in a restaurant more ranting of crazy man Jack Halleman! In court we established Jack Halleman has me, myself, and I along with numerous pseudonyms those are his imaginary friend just like Mitchell in

I check everyone on Google before working with them. Therefore the libelous lies about me concern me and I am writing a rebuttal as recommended by Judge Nault who issued the Judgment. Read the article as my attorney advises. He read it and said sounds like the ramblings of a mad man! Judge Nault who issued the judgment against Jack Halleman and FSTN agreed it is libelous and not worth my time. However we will see how the IRS interprets Jack Hallemans vengeful acts. What action will be taken against FSTN.com or SafeTaxHelp.com after their libelous attempt at revenge? Usually when you contact a profession they do not do these things, oh that is right, Jack Halleman does not even use his real name in doing business, is a pathological liar, and is not professional on any level! Halleman is simply revengeful after having a JUDGMENT against him and his company! Obviously the Judge made the decision for the Judgment; I only presented the facts.
Projection, when Halleman says I lied to government agencies. I did not. I did not go to Tax Court more lies! Projection is when someone accuses in this case me when it is actually their act, for example Jack Halleman lies to you in this article, Coreta.com about his income, and government agencies.
Chris, my husband, who was brutally attacked verbally works for the largest property management in the world and is not a janitor. He looks great in all his clothes, too. More of Hallemans pathological lies! Halleman needs mental help and not to be doing tax work for anyone much less have a company. On the internet he posts that he makes $1 to 5 million dollars on Coreta.com. Go into his low rent building with the wires hanging down from the ceiling, does that meet code?
Rip Off does a service except in the case of allowing libelous lies by the vengeful Jack Halleman. Why did he do this because I successfully won a judgment in court against him? Why did I win because the Judge ruled that Halleman took my money and did no tax service. That seems to be his MO and each complaint states the same thing. This is Jack Hallemans revenge tactic. With my husband Chris, Halleman billed April 2008 but did not produce the tax returns so the bill was dismissed in court. Hallemans counterclaims were dismissed without even being heard!

If you want a tax professional do not go to Jack Halleman after all he does not even work under his real name and as all the complaints state he takes money and provides no service! I learned that in COURT winning a JUDGMENT against Halleman and his company about his name and the rest on the internet! If a man is too ashamed to use his own name whatever is he hiding or running away from?
