As an empolyee of Lindberg Flooring for several years and a business associate before that, this report could not be any further from the truth. The author indicates the issues they had and commented that they were going to have to sue to get there money back "if they can find them". I have to note here that finding this company isn't a challenge since they have been in the same location for the past 19 years and have the same contact information since 1987. I also have to note that a complaint could have been filed with the BBB if this was a valid complaint but it was not filed as the company has held a A+ rating with the BBB since 2000.
Over the course of my 30+ year career in sales, every once in awhile, there would be a customer that was never going to be happy with a product or service no matter what a company tries to do to resolve it. For this author I really reccomend they contact me personally, even 7 years later, to clear up what the real issue is here.
We have an open door policy and always seek to correct any misunderstandings or confusion along with a 1 year workmanship warranty on every project we complete. As far as payment is concerned, a deposit is required but the balance isn't due until you are happy. Our reputation is why we have been in business for 27 years, even in the worst of econimic times.
