This store was hired to sell numerous items including 144 pieces of crystal, a Boyd's bear collection, a chair, and other items. I signed a contract for 6 months. The contract has expired. I have received 2 checks totaling $49. I called numerous times and no one returned my calls. Upon confronting the owner, he showed me a list of the sold items he sold and made $348. As store gets 50% of profit I wanted to see what sold and for how much. Owner refused to go over the items individually. Owner said another check for $45 was paid to me. I proved to him I never was given another check. Owner still owes me for items sold since March 2014. Owners response was,"I'm not giving you any more money". DO NOT use this store for your consignments. Store has had many problems that have been reported to the BBB.
HORRIBLE!!! THIEVES!!! KEPT MY THINGS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS NOR DO THEY KEEP REGULAR HOURS IN ORDER TO RENEW!!
I AM GOING TO REPORT TO BBB!! THEY DO NOT TELL YOU WHEN YOU HAVE MONEY AND IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP W/IN 30 DAYS, THEY KEEP AS WELL AS THEY DO NOT TELL YOU WHEN CONTRACT IS COMING UP!!
