The noted allegations here from Paul Alt of Lexington, KY are severely inaccurate and a disappointment. Paul Alt placed a special order and was notified his requested size was in production with the factory. He stated he was fine with this and willing to wait for it. Lingerie Mart had various phone conversations with Paul Alt and there are several supporting emails. Paul phoned in periodically checking in and then later provided an (end) wait date to the Vice President. He requested Lingerie Mart process a refund if the item had not yet been released from the factory by a certain date. He sent compliments to Becky, Vice President, for her professionalism and willingness to help him get everything worked out. The item had not arrived by his requested date and she personally processed the refund back to his card the same day. He was notified of this. The refund was properly processed by Lingerie Mart but the customer had not seen it released from his credit card merchant. Lingerie Mart advised the customer they were investigating all transactions with 2 outside companies (the existing credit card processer and the new processer, who had taken over the account that same day). Since at the mercy of the 2 outside companies at that time, Becky, Vice President, proceded with a 2nd refund back to the customer's card to ensure his customer satisfaction (and would void the 1st when finalized which processer handled it). Upon further investigation, it was discovered the new credit card merchant had not properly batched the daily transactions, thus the postings had not posted as quickly as preferred. The customer did receive all monies back. Lingerie Mart is also not processing the card transactions with that credit card merchant any longer.
