I tried their service, which turned out to be completely useless! When I tried to terminate service the customer service rep Noah ASSURED me that they would stop billing me and terminate the service. The next month I'm billed again! I called Noah and then spoke with his supervisor Marvin Winn, what a tool this hairbrain is. He informs me that he can't credit my card back because he doesn't have a valid expiration date. It seems that they can continue to bill your credit card w/o a valid date, but they can't seem to stop billing it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

If you're looking to spend $50 a month for the rest of your credit card's life for a service that's USELESS, then give these folks a call.

These guys operate under the philosphy that "The customer is always WRONG"

Link Tech responded to the Better Business Bureau complaint I filed, stating that they would refund me $75. I agreed to accept the offer and move on. When I received my latest credit card statement I find a credit for $50 from Link Tech. This pretty much sums up the way Link Tech operates! Suggested business slogans for Link Tech "We'll tell you anything you want, just don't expect anything." and "The customer is always wrong"

This is in no way a rip off we tried to refund him as he even states in his report however his credit card expired. We in no way operate under the philosophy that The Customer is always WRONG If that was the case we would not have attempted to refund him. We are still willing to refund him we would need a new expiration date for his credit card or a valid address to send a check.
