I visited Lipo Body Enhancement Center in Overland Park and was seen by Dr. S. A. Sajadi MD for a botox injection for my frown lines between my eyes and around my eyes.  During the consultation I informed him that I had have problems in the past with my eyelids drooping from to much botox in my forehead.

He explained it was because my arch was high.  I said, "it is not worth it to me to have my frown lines look good only to have my eyelids droop which is arguably worse."   He said, "Don't worry you will love it."
Well, 4 days later my right eyelid drooped.

I called the office and reported what happened explaining I paid $350 and I look worse now than when I came in.  I wanted to feel good about myself.  I asked them to rectify the situation, with either another service they could provide to me or a refund.

I have called them twice and , they tell me they will call me back.  Well, they never have.  The Doctor is always in a procedure.  Don't waste your money on this place.  He doesn't stand behind his work and will lie you to make a buck.  This place has no integrity.

Thare any many who have a low setting eyebrows and as a result sometimes suffer from the hooding of eyelids. In order to cope with this, many have learned over years to keep their eyebrows elevated. Many do that even without being aware of it. When such individuals have Botox treatment for the forehead areas might not like it because Botox relaxes the forehead muscles, and they no longerkc an maintrain their eyebrows at elevated positions the way they used too.  Their eyebrows would settle at their natural position, and they erroneously might perceive this as "drooping" of eyelids, which is not true.

Per patient's report, a call was made to the doctor's office 4 days later. The full effect of Botox will be set in place about 2 weeks later, that might be the reason that no action was taken by the doctor then. The patient does not clarify whenya second call was placed. If such a call was made months later when the effect of Botox was gone, no practitioner will compensate for an unhappy customer.

What is important to notice is that apparently this patient had similar problems at other offices too.
