LipoBan ripoff on return and product Boca Raton Florida
I order the product on may 15th of 2004 and after almost a month of waiting and not recieving the product called they had to resend it out. when I recieved the new package it filthy the bottles were dusty and had some kind of brown goo on them.
I proceeded to try them anyways was not going to wait another month for new bottles asuming they would be different. well oviously it didnt work if fact I gained more weight lovely just what I needed. I called and to find out about a refund since their was no paperwork I had to call my credit card company for the number.
they said just ship it back when they recive it it will be refuneded. then I had someone call to make sure I gotthe 2 package I said yes I wanted to send it back she said ok just send it back with my credit card statement for proof of purchase.
so I packed it all up with my online statement with only the last for numbers showing she said that would be fine. then I sent it back got confirmation of delivery for the package. then get an email back saying that they need my full credit card number I said I already shiped it they day before which was june 30 2004.
I went on vacation came back still no refund so I emailed they never got it surprise surprise well I had someone house sit while I was gone so I am still looking for that form for proof and intill I find it I am out $227. I got that confirmation on my own choice they should have told me to get it. who knows how many others got screwed over like me.
