My wife ordered a product from "liposuction alternative" an internet based company. The order cost close to 100.00 dollars and the company simply never delivered the goods.

We tried to call the company to find out what the problem was, and were unable to get anyone. I contacted the company by e-mail and got a response. They were very apologetic and said that they would fix the problem.

Needless to say we waited 10-14 days to receive the goods. They never came. To make a long story short I went back and forth with the individual, that runs the company through e-mail.

Each time she made a promise to send the product or refund the money or both,but she never did. At one point she even used the old classic excuse" I had a death in the family."

I filed a report after months of going back and forth with her and they contacted her but never got a response, so she is now listed with the bbb, but of course as we all know I didn't get our money back.

If anyone is tempted to try the products from this company don't! They do not follow through with what they say. I assume that all the time I spent corresponding with Regina, the lady who runs this lil' home based scam was just stalling so she could "process more orders." At $100.00 a pop it wouldn't take long for her to retire a rich woman, on unsuspecting consumers hard earned money.

I am sorry for your experience. Our fulfillment office has sent out all of our backorders and orders are now caught up. I admit there was a hectic time there when orders got backed up and keeping up with status of responses and requests was a challenge. I apologize that you were a victim of this chaotic time. At no time recently has there been a "death in the family". I was out of town for a short time when there was an illness in the family. If you would contact our sales dept. I will see to it that you are refunded promptly or your order fulfilled with expedited shipping - whichever you prefer. Thank you.
