I am sorry for your experience. Our fulfillment office has sent out all of our backorders and orders are now caught up. I admit there was a hectic time there when orders got backed up and keeping up with status of responses and requests was a challenge. I apologize that you were a victim of this chaotic time. At no time recently has there been a "death in the family". I was out of town for a short time when there was an illness in the family. If you would contact our sales dept.
