i have just ordered this product from the exact website that was disclosed in this report. considering that i have not yet received my product, i must say i just don't know who or what to believe. the charge has already posted towards my credit card account. it's a shame that we live in a world where thieves or liers are all around us and are always trying to get something for free or hurt hard working people.
i was glad to see the owner of this business stand up for himself and defend his work and company. it did give me a little relief, however -im still concerned that my personal account information is now in jeopardy and will be watching my account closely. i will also be closing out my card to make sure of no future possible scam.
the product sounds as though it is a wonderful natural product, and i will be reporting on my results once it is received and i begin its use. maybe i can shed some light on the "true" results and possibly help garrett backup his company or i will do all that i can to warn others of this scam!
thanks!

My name is Garrett DeVore and was shocked to see that a man named Richie has accused me of "stealing credit cards numbers". This is slander. And if you do not remove these false claims about me I will pursue legal action to the fullest extent. You also claim that you were a former employee? Another lie. We have not fired or had an employee quit since we have been in business. If you're a disgruntled customer seeking revenge why not just return your finished product for a money back guarantee. We have no time limit on our guarantees. If you're a competitor focus on selling your customers the best product possible and not lying about others. I don't mind you giving a negative review about a product that I am a distributor for on ebay. Some love it. Some do not. You obviously do not and thats fine with me. But do not lie about me "stealing credit cards". That statement is totally false and makes you the liar, evil, and a scam of a person. Not me.

Why hasn't a class action lawsuit been opened against this company yet? Consumer fraud is a major problem, especially with things such as diet supplements and related products. I am going to take it upon myself to report this company to the FDA as well as the BBB in efforts to stop the sales and bogus claims of these products. I personally took Lipovox after reading rediculous claims on a few websites (one below). I noticed no results from using the product. I have yet to recieve a response to emails I have sent requesting an address where to send returns. http://www.sybervision.com/npwc/Lipovox_Review.htm .
