Lisa Mc Coy ripoff-did not receive order from 11-03 nor did I receive a refund Internet
ordered a sewing machine manual in november of 2003. I was informed by lisa mc coy that she did not have the manual and would check with her contacts and send one, if not found I would receive a refund of $10.00. I never received the manual, nor did I receive the refund.
