Lithia Dodge of Tri-Cities Says PCM but when going to another company need a tune up Kennewick, Washington
Lithia Dodge says that my PCM has a ghost and needs to be replaced, but when I go to another company I find out that it is miss firing on 2 cylinders and a O2 Senser needs replaced too.
Then 5/20/11 I took my truck in because it felt like the rack n penion (aka steering gear as Dodge calls it) was going out, when they just replaced it in August of 2010. I dropped the truck off about 11am and by 4pm I hadn't heard anything so I called and come to find out on the the nuts that holds the steering gear up on one side of the truck was missing, and they ordered it and it would be in the next day.
To top it off I asked for then to fixing the hood latch, which they didn't do, so as of this repair I will NO LONGER take my truck to Lithia Dodge for repair period, I'll drive all the way up to Sunnyside to Mid-Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge before going to Lithia Dodge of Tri-Cities.
